1. INTRODUCTION
- Welcome to Nusamarket! Nusamarket is a platform that is a medium for users to collect, publish, display, and monetize digital assets in NFT/Non-Fungible Token format which is part of and incorporated into the Nusameta ecosystem (hereinafter referred to as “Nusameta”) owned by PT Metaverse Indonesia Makmur (hereinafter referred to “We/Us/Our” or “Company”). We seriously and responsibly manage Nusamarket in accordance with the personal data protection laws and regulations applicable in Indonesia. We are committed to respecting and protecting all personal data and information belonging to Nusamarket Users. We recognize the importance of the Personal Data that Users have entrusted to Us, and We are responsible for managing, protecting, and processing User’s Personal Data properly. This Privacy Policy is designed to help Users understand how We obtain, collect, process, analyze, disclose, store, modify, and/or delete Personal Data that Users have entrusted to Us and/or that We have about Users, both now and in the future, as well as to help Users make the right decisions before providing User Personal Data to Us.
- Personal Data refers to data about an identified or identifiable User, either individually or in combination with other information.
- Users acknowledge and agree to the terms, conditions, and/or policies described in this Privacy Policy, thereby, allowing Us to obtain, collect, process, analyze, disclose, store, and/or modify User’s Personal Data as described herein, in the following situations:
- When Users register an Account with Nusamarket, or when they access and use Nusamarket;
- When Users submit any forms, including but not limited to application forms or other forms related to Nusamarket, both online and in physical form;
- When Users agree or provide documents or other information when interacting with Us;
- When Users interact with Us through Nusamarket or other official media, according to the notification We have given, such as via telephone (which may be recorded), letters, faxes, face-to-face meetings, social media platforms, or Our email address;
- When Users make a transaction on Nusamarket;
- When Users submit criticism, suggestion, or complaint to Us; or
- When Users send their Personal Data to Us for any reason.
- This Privacy Policy complies with the laws and regulations in force in the Republic of Indonesia. If there are provisions of laws and regulations that require Us to make adjustments or take certain actions in connection with this Privacy Policy and/or compliance with these laws and regulations, such provisions shall be deemed to have been included in this Privacy Policy and automatically apply to all activities carried out by Us or Users in using Nusamarket.
2. USER’S PERSONAL DATA
- Personal Information: By creating an Account at Nusamarket, the User agrees to provide Personal Information. The Personal Information We may collect, use, disclose, store, and process is information related to, including but not limited to, name, profile name, profile photo, National ID Number, Taxpayer ID Number, place and date of birth, sex, residential address, email address, mobile number, password, biometric identifiers (such as fingerprints and/or facial images), and any other information and data that can be used to identify the User. If the User creates a professional account for a business entity, the User declares that User that they are a legal representative authorized to create such an Account. The User agrees to provide information about the business entity, including but not limited to, the office address, email address, telephone number, or other related data.
- Information on Financial Data, Payment Data, and Transaction Data:When the User makes a transaction at Nusamarket, the financial data, payment data, and transaction data that We may collect, use, disclose, store and process are information related to the following matters, including but not limited to:
- Financial Data: details of bank accounts and payment cards used, such as card type or account number, card issuer name, cardholder name, account or payment card identification numbers, payment card verification codes, payment card expiration dates, financial history, and other financial data information needed to authorize transactions, payments, or other activities carried out by the User in using Nusamarket.
- Payment Data: details of payments or transfers made through electronic facilities and/or electronic wallets provided by Us, such as information relating to usage, payment, beneficiary details (including account details), amount of payments made, billing details, and invoice details.
- Transaction Data: details of purchases or orders that the User makes, interests, preferences, types of services sought, details regarding the collection and/or delivery of transactions and/or orders, as well as other information related to the transactions made.
- Customer Service Information: Information that the User provides when contacting Us by phone or sending email to get information related to Nusamarket, input, criticism, suggestions, or survey responses sent by Us or other parties officially appointed to represent Us.
- Device Technical Information and Usage Information: When the User accesses Nusamarket the technical information on the device and information that We may collect, use, disclose, store and process are information related to the following, including but not limited to:
- Device Technical Information: mobile network connection, device model, device operating system, browser type, internet protocol address, device language, installed applications, visit duration, media access control address, advertising ID, unique device identifier (UDID), identification of internet devices used to access Nusamarket, and cookies that can be disabled using the User’s browser preferences. If the User allows the location-sharing feature, We may collect geographic location information on the User’s mobile device in real-time for diagnostic or troubleshooting purposes. The user can disable the location-sharing feature on their mobile device.
- Application Usage Information: content that the User uploads, information about User activities in Nusamarket, including but not limited to, live streaming, bookmarks, contact lists, lists of communities the User is a part therein; as well as User interaction and communication with other Users, such as information regarding what content the User likes, who the User follows, the User comments or replies to other User content, sending messages to other Users (including message content, recipient names, and the date and time of the message), receiving replies to messages or comments from other Users, conducting discussions about products, providing reviews of a product, and other features that allow the User to communicate with other Users.
- Third Party Information or Contact Lists: In using Nusamarket, the User may choose to share Personal Data belonging to a third party with Us when the User synchronizes their mobile device contacts with Nusamarket. This action allows us to obtain Personal Data belonging to a third party, including information regarding names or telephone numbers contained in the contact list on the User’s mobile device. This contact synchronization helps the User connect with people they know and helps Us make recommendations or suggestions about content or accounts the User might like. We may also receive information about the User from other Users, business partners, advertising networks, analytics providers, or other third parties, including if the User connects their account to a third-party platform or other social networking services. We may also receive information from any available source as long as it is not prohibited by applicable laws and regulations. We have no control over and are not responsible for the use or disclosure of Personal Data by third parties.
3. PURPOSE OF COLLECTION OF USER’S PERSONAL DATA
We use Personal Data in general for the following purposes:
- Account Access: : to register, identify, verify, and contact or deactivate User Accounts.
- Implementation of Services and/or Transactions: to process User transactions, manage and facilitate User access and use of Nusamarket, and for other purposes related to the implementation of transactions and/or services available at Nusamarket
- Quality Optimization: to measure, analyze, conduct surveys, maintain, develop, test, research, and improve the quality of Nusamarket so that We understand how Users use Nusamarket and We can provide better services to meet User needs and preferences.
- User Information Security: to take steps, such as detecting, monitoring, analyzing, investigating, and protecting against various abuses, suspicious or malicious, acts, fraud, spam, unauthorized actions, or other illegal activities, as well as ensuring the use of Nusamarket is in accordance with the Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, and the provisions of the applicable laws and regulations.
- Communication with User: : in responding to questions and suggestions from Users,assist when there are technical difficulties in using Nusamarket, send information about activities and/or services in Nusamarket, offer services from our affiliates or partners (including advertising, marketing, promotions, vouchers, surveys), or notify Users about changes in how Nusamarket is provided or updated. If Users receive marketing information, User can choose to unsubscribe at any time through Nusamarket or other official media provided by Us.
- Software Update: to maintain and provide any software updates and/or other updates and support that may be required to ensure the proper operation of Nusamarket.
- Corporate Protection: to protect Us, Our subsidiaries, Our affiliates, or other related companies in conducting business activities and internal operations, including but not limited to, the security of Our assets, data analysis, quality assurance, insurance, auditing, information technology and network security, and risk management.
- Other Purposes: : for any other purposes required by Us in carrying out Nusamarket as long as such purposes comply with the laws and regulations in force in Indonesia.
4. DISCLOSURE OF USER’S PERSONAL DATA
We are committed to maintaining the confidentiality of Personal Data and guarantee that there is no disclosure, sale, transfer, distribution, and/or lending of User’s Personal Data to other third parties, without the User’s consent, except in the following cases:
- Public Account: If the User’s account profile is a public account, the User’s name (or pseudonym) and profile photo are publicly available and visible to any party (such as friends, followers, other Users, or other third parties like search engines and news sites). Users can change their profile settings at any time via Nusamarket. This also applies if the User contacts us through public media such as websites, social media, or certain features, where communication between the User and Us can be seen and known by the general public.
- Transaction Requirement: We may disclose Personal Data to partners or third parties who assist Us in providing Nusamarket, including but not limited to, processing transactions, verifying payments, and completing transactions. We may provide Personal Data to third parties who use and integrate the public API provided by Nusamarket.
- Our Work Partner: We can provide User’s Personal Data to Our work partners in accordance with User’s agreement to use Our work partner services, including but not limited to, applications or other services integrated via API or services that collaborate with Us for promotions, publications, or special services available on Nusamarket. All partners are committed to processing Personal Data in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Law Enforcement Official: We may disclose the User’s Personal Data to comply with legal obligations and/or valid requests from law enforcement officials or authorized state administration agencies.
In connection with the disclosure of User’s Personal Data as described above, We will only manage and/or utilize User’s Personal Data for purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy, and in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. We will require Our third parties and work partners to maintain the security and confidentiality of Personal Information as per the applicable laws and regulations. However, We cannot be held responsible for the disclosure of Personal Data that is not due to our negligence or mistakes.
5. STORAGE OF USER’S PERSONAL DATA
- We collect and store Personal Data to make Nusamarket suitable for the User’s needs and requests and to fulfill the purposes of use set out in this Privacy Policy, as permitted by the applicable laws and regulations. If the purpose of collecting and storing Personal Data is no longer necessary, We will stop storing User’s Personal Data.
- We implement various security measures to safeguard User’s Personal Data. User’s Personal Data is stored on our secure server network and can only be accessed by authorized parties with system access rights.
- If the User chooses to delete their Account, We will process the User’s request based on this Privacy Policy and applicable laws and regulations. Please understand that after the User Account is deleted, We are not responsible for any loss of data stored in the User Account, such as photos, videos, voice recordings, or other information contained in the Account before deleting it.
- We may be required by law enforcement officials, or authorized state administration agencies, and/or applicable laws and regulations to disclose or share User’s Personal Data. Hence, the User agrees and acknowledges that the storage of the User’s Personal Data will follow the policies and storage standards implemented by these entities. User agrees that We are not responsible for the security and confidentiality of User’s Personal Data stored by law enforcement officials or authorized state administration agencies. Thus, the User releases Us from all claims related to breaches of security and confidentiality of the User’s Personal Data stored by these entities.
- We will delete or anonymize the User’s Personal Data under our control, for reasons such as the User’s Personal Data is no longer needed to fulfill the purpose of its collection; storage is no longer necessary for any legal or business purposes.
6.CHANGES, UPDATES, AND CORRECTIONS OF USER’S PERSONAL DATA
- The User can correct, update, or change the information that the User provides to Us by managing it in the User Account settings.
- User can submit a request to change or correct the User’s Personal Data (whether in part or in whole), outside the settings contained in the User’s Account. However, We will only process the application if the User has submitted the data We have requested. If permitted or required by applicable laws and regulations, We reserve the right to refuse a User’s request to change or correct the User’s Personal Data, either in part or in whole. This includes situations where the User’s Personal Data contains references to other parties or for reasons We deem irrelevant, not serious, or difficult.
- We may charge administrative fees to handle User requests to access, modify, or correct User’s Personal Data.
7. COOKIES POLICY
Cookies are data stored on the User’s device, which store User preferences and configurations while visiting Nusamarket such as visit date, visit time, geographic location, pages visited, internet protocol address, browser type and version, operating system, referral source, and access duration. With User approval, We may collect information using Cookies to analyze the User’s use of Nusamarket. Users can refuse or limit the use of Cookies by adjusting the appropriate settings on their browser or device, deleting browsing history, or clearing cache.
8. MARKETING AND PROMOTIONAL MATERIALS
User agrees that We and/or third parties working with Us can send marketing and promotional materials directly to User, such as advertising, information, and/or promotional communications, via email or other available means of communication. User can choose not to receive these materials by: (i) clicking the unsubscribe button in the marketing received; (ii) disabling notification services on the User’s device; or (iii) contacting Us through available support services and conveying objections to receiving marketing and promotional materials to Our e-mail or contact.
9. USER STATEMENT AND AGREEMENT
- By accessing, registering, and/or using Nusamarket, the User acknowledges having understood and agreed to all provisions outlined in this Privacy Policy. User consent to the collection, use, sharing, disclosure, storage, transfer, or processing of Personal Data in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
- User affirms that any Personal Data contained in Nusamarket is true and valid.
- User can withdraw consent to this Privacy Policy at any time for the collection, use, or disclosure of Personal Data by: (i) providing written notice to Us; (ii) ceasing to access and use Nusamarket; or (iii) deleting the account on Nusamarket. After such withdrawal, the User’s Account will be deactivated, preventing further use of Nusamarket. However, this termination does not automatically release the User from existing obligations (such as payment obligation) prior to canceling the agreement.
- The user understands that We have taken all reasonable measures to secure and protect User’s Personal Data. However, the User acknowledges that sending data over the internet is never entirely secure. Therefore, the User acknowledges that We cannot fully guarantee the security of the User’s Personal Data in Nusamarket and that providing Personal Data is the User’s responsibility.
10. THIRD-PARTY PLATFORM
- The User may encounter links on Nusamarket leading to platforms or websites operated by third parties. These platforms or websites are managed by third parties, and We have no control over them. Users are advised to read the terms and conditions and privacy policy of such platforms or websites to understand how Personal Data is collected and used by third parties.
- If the User chooses to access such platforms or websites and provides their Personal Data, the User is deemed to have agreed to the terms and conditions and privacy policy of those platforms or websites. We cannot be held responsible for the collection, storage, or disclosure of Personal Data carried out by such third parties or governed by the terms and conditions and privacy policy of those platforms or websites.

Users can contact Us with questions, requests, comments, claims, or other complaints about this Privacy Policy, or to access and/or correct their personal data, through our official contacts as follows:
